Job Summary Serve customers efficiently and courteously as a waiter/waitress at a restaurant in Forum shopping mall, ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers promptly to provide a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers to ensure correct service Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff to facilitate timely preparation Serve food and drinks to customers while maintaining quality and presentation standards Respond to customer inquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to speak English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse customers
