Assistant Engineer, ECS

Lead and supervise teams in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and tunnel ventilation systems. Ensure all works comply with statutory codes, safety manuals, and quality procedures while meeting monthly performance targets. The candidate must be able to manage work schedules, oversee outsourced personnel, and coordinate the commissioning of new ECS equipment. Experience in maintaining large-scale water-cooled chillers and ensuring operational safety in a rail environment is required.
