Business Development Support Executive About Solidheat Solidheat Industries Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based engineering solutions provider specialising in industrial heating systems, power supplies, pumps & filtration systems, and related process equipment. We work closely with leading international manufacturers to provide technical solutions and after-sales support to customers across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Support Executive to manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system and support our business development initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer data, ensuring sales opportunities are properly tracked, and executing customer outreach activities that help generate and nurture new business opportunities. This is a key role in strengthening our sales operations and improving customer engagement across Singapore and the Southeast Asian region. Key Responsibilities- Sales support & Management CRM Management Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Create and maintain customer accounts, contacts, and opportunity records. Track sales enquiries, quotations, opportunities, and follow-up activities. Maintain customer segmentation by industry, application, products, and geographical region. Generate CRM reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure the CRM database remains accurate and reliable. Ensure all customer interactions and activities are properly recorded within the CRM system. Sales Pipeline Management Monitor and update sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle. Work closely with the Sales Engineers to ensure opportunities are accurately tracked and progressed. Monitor quotation status and identify opportunities requiring follow-up. Assist in maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline. Prepare pipeline reports, sales activity reports, and performance dashboards for management. Ensure timely follow-up actions are scheduled and completed. Customer Outreach Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and telephone outreach to prospective customers. Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and website enquiries. Re-engage dormant customers to explore new business opportunities. Schedule customer meetings and appointments for the Business Development and Sales teams. Assist in qualifying new leads before assigning them to the Sales team. Support customer engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Synergix, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
