Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with company service standards and SOPs. Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally. Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service. Support inventory control and ordering of operational supplies. Perform opening and closing duties. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
