Interior Project Coordinator / Project Executive

Responsibilities Schedule architectural and ID trade works from commencement to completion to ensure timely project delivery Coordinate trade subcontractors’ activities to align with project timelines and quality standards Liaise with suppliers to procure necessary products for project execution Read and interpret construction drawings to guide work processes and verify compliance Attend project coordination meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues Verify subcontractor claims by conducting thorough assessments and validations Identify and resolve site problems by implementing corrective and preventive actions Report non-conformance issues at the site promptly to the person-in-charge (PIC) Record and communicate changes and variation orders (VOs) instructed by clients to PIC Oversee health and safety practices for site staff to maintain a safe working environment Inspect completed works to ensure they meet quality standards before client handover Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures to maintain operational consistency Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Interior Engineering, Building, or Architectural field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or site management @ mingyan@staffhub.com
