Purchasing Assistant (Interior Design)

Summary Basic $2500-$2800 Mon-Fri, Office Hour AWS+Bonus Location:Pioneer Responsibilities Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for competitive pricing and timely delivery. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and purchase materials as required. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors on material orders and deliveries. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and PO documentation. Resolve purchasing issues, including order discrepancies and delivery delays. Attend project meetings and support ad-hoc administrative and procurement duties. Requirements Candidate with diploma in interior design/construction related study are welcome to apply.
