About this role

Duties And Responsibilities · Cleaning, cutting, slicing, and filletingfish and stocking seafood supplies. · Ensuring proper quality and standardsofall supplies. · Understanding the specific requirementofclients and delivering to the same aptly. · Determining a shelf life forstockedproducts. · Ensuring proper storage of supplies asperthe food and safety regulations. · Keeping a record of all the seafoodinventory of the store or restaurant. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of thework area and the cutting knives and equipment. · Minimizing wastage while cutting thefish. · Assisting clients in selecting fishandsolving any queries, they might have. · Delivering to the requirements ofthechefs in restaurants. · Verifying the items received againsttheclient’s orders placed. · Performing all tasks as delegated by thesupervisors. Skills And Specifications · Knowledge of various techniques ofcuttingfish. · Must possess good communication skillsforinteracting with clients. · Must have the ability to use appropriateknives and tools for cutting fish. · Must have basic knowledge on seafoodcooking. · Physically fit and able to lift boxedweighting about 20kg. · Able to work on weekends and publicholidays · WORKING HOUSE : NIGHT SHIFT
