Sales Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Company's sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth. Lead and coach the sales team by setting clear sales targets, monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and supporting professional development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customer segments, and market channels to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to foster loyalty and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, tenders, presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Generate accurate sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to inform management decisions and business planning. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry developments to refine sales strategies. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely support and maintaining long-term business relationships. Comply with company policies, contractual obligations, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards. Represent the Company professionally at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions. Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
