Location: Singapore Reports to: Design Director Type: Full-time Role Summary This role combines design capability with sales ownership. You will manage enquiries, conduct client consultations, propose design value, prepare quotations, and convert leads into signed projects, then carry projects through concept-to-completion. Key Responsibilities Lead & Sales Conversion • Handle incoming sales enquiries, qualify leads, arrange meetings, and build strong rapport with homeowners. • Provide client-facing design consultation (space planning + concept direction) to demonstrate value and build trust. • Prepare and present conceptual design proposals aligned with client requirements and lifestyle needs. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and renovation schedules; manage scope discussions, negotiate, and close sales. • Maintain a clean pipeline with follow-ups, meeting notes, next steps, and conversion tracking Design & Project Ownership (Post-Sale) • Undertake design projects from conceptualisation to completion (or concept +handover). • Advise clients on space planning, layout optimisation, and design concepts. • Assist in materials proposal, product recommendations, and sourcing aligned to the concept, budget, and site requirements. • Manage client expectations on budget, timeline, and scope control, ensuring clarity across the project journey. Design & Project Timeline Management • Manage and plan the design development process in alignment with the overall project and renovation timeline. • Ensure design milestones (concept, drawings, material selections, approvals) are structured to support smooth site execution and on-time handover. • Work closely with the project team to ensure design intent, site works, and installation schedules are coordinated and aligned. • Anticipate potential timeline risks and address them early to minimise delays during construction and handover. Coordination, Site & Delivery Management • Coordinate renovation schedules with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is well sequenced and completed within the agreed timeline. •Work closely with internal teams, the draSers and 3D renderer team, project coordinators, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth execution. • Oversee the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and on-site installations,ensuring readiness and alignment with project progress. • Travel to the site during the renovaEon period as required to support coordination,resolve on-site matters, and ensure execution aligns with the approved design and scope. Reporting & Stakeholder Updates • Provide regular project status updates to the Design Director. • Provide daily and weekly task updates and progress to the Design Director. Requirements • Min 5 years’ experience in interior design sales or client-facing interior design role preferred. • Comfortable with sales targets, client presentations, and consistent follow-ups; sales-driven and self-motivated. • Solid design competency in space planning, concept proposal, and costing logic. • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team. • Willing to attend to client enquiries outside standard working hours when required. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent tools. • Experience handling end-to-end projects (sales, design, and execution) is an advantage. • Portfolio submission is preferred. Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm - Saturdays: 2 Saturdays of Full Day or 4 Saturdays of Half day (Can be discussed) - Min 5 years of experience - Min Diploma - Basic + Commission / Full Commission options (To be discussed during the interview) - Basic ranging between $3,000 to $4,000 - Basic with Commission ranging between $4,000 to $12,000 (To be discussed during the interview) - English and Mandarin Proficient - Singaporean or PR
