About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resource functions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and employees to ensure that HR operations are carried out accurately, efficiently and in accordance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews and coordinating job offers. Assess candidates fairly based on job-related qualifications, skills, experience and ability to perform the role. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of employment documents and completion of clearance procedures. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters and other HR-related correspondence. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files and HR system information. Administer employee attendance, leave, medical claims, benefits and other HR matters. Coordinate monthly payroll information and ensure timely submission of relevant payroll records. Handle CPF, SDL and other applicable statutory contributions and submissions. Assist with applications, renewals, cancellations and other administrative matters relating to MOM work passes. Monitor employment pass, probation, contract and other important HR expiry dates. Support performance appraisal, staff training and employee development activities. Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbook provisions. Provide guidance to employees and managers on general HR policies and employment matters. Support employee relations, feedback and grievance-handling processes in a professional and confidential manner. Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant records for management review. Keep updated on changes to Singapore employment legislation and recommended HR practices. Perform other HR and administrative duties reasonably assigned by management. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. 2 years of experience in human resource operations is preferred. Good working knowledge of Singapore employment practices, CPF requirements and MOM work pass processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with payroll or HR systems would be an advantage. Good written and spoken English for preparing employment documents and communicating with employees and external authorities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with appropriate supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
