Job Overview Orchid Park Secondary School is looking for a versatile and competent Admin & CCA Support Officer. This role supports the school’s daily front-desk administrative functions, student welfare services, co-curricular activity (CCA) documentation, and branding publications. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Front-Desk Operations Manage the school front desk, handle walk-in guests, phone calls, and email inquiries. Perform general administrative duties including mail sorting, filing, and data entry. Assist in processing the student Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS). Coordinate school transport services and event logistics. Attend to ill or injured students, including accompanying them to the hospital when necessary. CCA & School Publications Capture photographs and videos during key school celebrations, competitions, and events. Edit and touch up multimedia content for archiving and promotional materials. Develop marketing publications to enhance school branding. Manage and update the school’s official Facebook page with current and upcoming event highlights. Event & Risk Management Support Consolidate Risk Assessment Management (RAMS) reports. Provide operational support for post-examination activities and major events like Speech Day and sports carnivals. Working Hours Candidates will be deployed on a 5-day work week (Mondays to Fridays) on one of the following shifts based on school needs: Shift 1: Mon–Thu 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Fri 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) Shift 2: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) Note: Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays Job Requirements Minimum GCE "A" Level certificate or equivalent qualification. Prior administrative working experience in a school setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong fluency in written and spoken English; the ability to speak a second language is an advantage. Preferred: Practical skills in photography, videography, and multimedia editing tools.
