Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job) We are seeking a dedicated service technician who has hand-ons experience in installing, maintaining and troubeshooting equipment. Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job) Answer service calls Perform 24/7 online and onsite support Perform scheduled maintenance onsite Perform in-house assembly work Perform delivery of consumables and spares Write and file keep service reports Perform site machine installation Perform other tasks as and when assigned Job Requirements: Diploma/NTC/ITE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in assembly, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting automated equipment
