About this role

TacnIQ.ai is bridging AI and the physical world , building the foundation model for physical interaction, starting with tactile. We're creating a simple platform for engineers to build physical AI with any sensor, across wearables, robotics, and simulation. Our wearable data collection node is already live across five industries, logistics, construction, hospitality, e-commerce, and healthcare, feeding a pipeline that's turning raw sensor data into the foundation model nobody else has built. This is a rare shot to work at the ground floor of a new category, on hardware and AI, on a problem that's genuinely unsolved, with a team that already has real-world traction to prove it. Role Overview. You will help build the market for TacnIQ.ai’s products, from Backy™ to the next generation of tactile AI solutions. You will identify the right customers, uncover where our technology can create measurable value, and turn early interest into pilots, partnerships, and commercial deployments. Working directly with founders and engineers, you will shape opportunities from the first conversation through to larger rollouts, while helping define the commercial playbook for a new category in Physical AI. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target industries. Conduct outreach to potential customers, partners, distributors, and strategic accounts. Manage customer conversations from first contact to pilot proposal, quotation, and follow-up. Support sales meetings, product demonstrations, customer presentations, and proposal preparation. Develop a strong understanding of TacnIQ.ai’s products, value proposition, and target use cases. Work with the technical team to define pilot scope, success criteria, deployment timeline, and customer requirements. Maintain CRM records, customer pipelines, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Prepare commercial documents such as proposals, quotations, pitch materials, and pilot summaries. Support market research, competitor analysis, grant applications, and partnership development. Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders. Help convert pilots into paid deployments, renewals, or larger rollouts. Requirements Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or startup operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical customers. Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and customer relationship management. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities at the same time. Able to prepare clear proposals, emails, presentations, and customer summaries. Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment. Good to Have Experience selling or supporting B2B hardware, SaaS, IoT, robotics, AI, workplace safety, healthcare, logistics, or industrial technology products. Existing exposure to enterprise sales cycles, government grants, accelerators, or pilot-based sales. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or sales pipeline management.
