Sales Executive

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities. Promote, upsell, and cross-sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Manage and grow existing customer accounts assigned by the management. Follow up with customers on enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation where required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance. Keep up to date with market trends, competitors' offerings, and industry developments. Requirements Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage. Comfortable with cold calling and business development activities. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
