Service Engineer (Ups)

An established engineering solutions provider is looking for a Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of critical power systems across customer sites. Responsibilities: Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading of power backup systems and related equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. Respond to service requests and provide on-site technical support to customers. Interpret electrical drawings, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), to support installation and maintenance activities. Conduct repair and rectification works for electrical and power systems. Prepare service reports, quotations, and technical documentation where required. Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Participate in standby or emergency support duties when required. Requirements: ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS or critical power systems. Able to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.
