Warehouse Executive (Logistics & Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with shipping teams and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare periodic reports. Manage inventory records and monitor incoming and outgoing goods. Process customer orders and coordinate shipment arrangements from order fulfilment to delivery. Liaise with transportation providers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping, receiving, and documentation issues. Handle cargo collection and coordinate related logistics activities. Record incoming courier airway bills (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and maintain tracking records. Update service job information in Oracle and ensure data accuracy. Support warehouse operations and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping coordination, or customer service. Experience in shipping and logistics documentation is required. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing procedures will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle will be an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
