Facilities Building Manager Basic Range up to SGD 7,000.00. 5 days work week. Office Location: Downtown CBD As a Facilities Building Manager, What You Will Be Doing: Overseeing Maintenance & Operations of the office building to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition. Ensure Safety & Compliance in accordance to BMSMA and conduct regular safety inspection. Review and prepare budget management, involve in negotiation contracts with vendors and other costing such as (CAPEX, Sinking Funds, etc) Review Terms Contract to ensure compliance and timely procurement process. Liaise with stakeholder of MCST. Key Success For This Role: At least Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities, M&E or equivalent. Proven 5 to 10 years work experience in building management.
