About the Company Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. As part of its regional technology transformation, they are looking for an experienced EUC Delivery Planning & Enablement Lead to drive the strategy, planning, and delivery of End User Computing (EUC) services across APAC. This is a regional leadership role where you will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape the future digital workplace, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and business-focused end-user services. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the regional End User Computing (EUC) strategy, roadmap, and service portfolio aligned with business and global technology objectives. Own the end-to-end EUC planning lifecycle, including demand management, budgeting, portfolio governance, resource planning, and capacity management. Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and practical EUC solutions. Lead regional EUC transformation initiatives, driving digital workplace improvements, user productivity, collaboration, mobility, and service excellence. Manage the successful delivery of strategic EUC projects, ensuring timely execution, effective resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global technology teams, including Head Office, to ensure alignment on standards, architecture, and strategic initiatives. Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing EUC team while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Establish service performance metrics and KPIs, monitor service quality, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Ensure EUC services meet security, risk management, compliance, and governance requirements. Drive change management and user adoption for new workplace technologies across the APAC region. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, End User Computing (EUC), or End User Services within a multinational enterprise environment. Proven leadership experience managing regional teams, enterprise IT services, and large-scale transformation projects. Strong knowledge of End User Computing technologies, including:Microsoft 365Microsoft Intune / Endpoint ManagementWindows Endpoint SecurityZero Trust Remote Access (e.g. Zscaler Private Access)Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebExEndpoint Security technologies Experience managing IT service portfolios, budgeting, demand planning, resource planning, and governance. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders, regional IT teams, and global stakeholders. Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technology transformation initiatives. PMP, ITIL, CSM, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
