What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information. Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer engagement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store. Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives. What We're Looking For Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent. Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (where applicable).
