Senior Process Engineer (Cmp / Semicon / Diffusion)

Responsibilities: Improve and sustain processes to meet operational goals Monitor and control process performance indices Ensure quality targets at all critical nodes Use quality tools to enhance processes Resolve out-of-control issues and determine lot disposition for out-of-spec cases Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS and specs and collaborate on recipe creation Oversee SPSR, MRB, TECN status and follow-ups Partner with equipment and manufacturing engineers to achieve module goals Work with internal/external customers to boost yield and quality Drive productivity via process changes, capability documentation, and equipment optimization Characterize and develop new equipment processes Organize training to upskill AEs/Technicians Requirements: Master or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Honors in Physics/Chemistry 4–8 years of working experience related to Section Head role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems Strong interpersonal, teamwork and analytical skills Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below to send in your resume or send to engg1@talenttradersg.com EA License No: 13C6305 Reg.
