What You'll Be Doing Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of laboratory equipment at customer sites. Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory instruments. Diagnose equipment issues and provide timely technical solutions to minimize downtime. Conduct equipment validation, performance verification, and operational qualification when required. Provide technical support and user training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate service documentation. Work closely with the Sales and Application teams to provide excellent after-sales support. Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacement parts when necessary. Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations. Support emergency service calls and occasional travel to customer sites when required. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline . Experience servicing laboratory, scientific, analytical, medical, or industrial equipment is preferred. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Able to work independently and manage service schedules effectively. Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred, if applicable).
