Field Engineer (Pharmaceutical Projects)

Job Responsibilities Provide on-site engineering support for pharmaceutical equipment and systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and ensure all site works comply with GMP, engineering, and safety requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution and commissioning to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to support site activities and project progress. Prepare technical documentation, site reports, commissioning records, and support preventive maintenance and system optimization. Job Requirements Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or its equivalent. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Knowledge of GMP requirements, equipment installation, utilities, process systems, and commissioning activities. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on project sites and travel when required.
