About this role
Responsibilities: Manage tenant and visitor services, serving as the primary point of contact for enquiries, access control, parking administration, and virtual helpdesk support. Oversee occupant amenities and workplace services, including the building app, meeting rooms, pantries, employee café, shuttle bus services, and other day-to-day occupant support. Coordinate building operations by working closely with internal teams on technical, safety, security, cleanliness, and overall facility performance. Plan and execute building initiatives and certifications, including wellness programmes, community engagement events, innovation hub activities, and sustainability certifications (e.g. Green Mark, WELL, SmartScore). Support overall facility and property management, communicating operational updates and policies to occupants while assisting the Facility/Property Manager with administrative and building management activities. Requirements: Nitec or Diploma in Building & Construction or related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, facilities management, or other customer-facing roles, with a strong service mindset. A proactive and adaptable team player with keen attention to detail; interest in the Built Environment, innovation, and technology is an added advantage.
