About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our Technology Contract Staffing business in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful consultant deployment for contract hiring engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Singapore technology market and experience managing enterprise clients across the banking, financial services, telecommunications, consulting, healthcare, government, and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR stakeholders. Drive contract staffing revenue and profitability by securing new requisitions and expanding existing accounts. Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely submission of quality candidates. Understand client hiring plans, workforce requirements, and project roadmaps. Coordinate interviews, offer management, onboarding, and consultant deployment. Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and Statements of Work. Monitor consultant performance and manage client escalations effectively. Ensure compliance with government regulations and client onboarding processes at all time.
