Site Manager

Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and supervise site personnel and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain positive working relationships Monitor project progress, site activities, and schedules to achieve timely project completion Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources to optimize site productivity Identify, assess, and resolve site issues, project risks, and changes promptly Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Conduct regular site inspections to enforce workplace safety regulations and company procedures Prepare detailed site reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular progress updates to management Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, or construction projects Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents Experience managing site operations and supervising subcontractors Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated responsibility, resourcefulness, resilience, commitment, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
