Shipping & Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities 1. ⁠Support and coordinate domestic and international shipments. 2. ⁠Assist in receiving and delivery coordination. 3. Packing and preparing outgoing shipments. 4. Assist with stock organization and handle delivery and collection of goods. 5. Load and unload goods carefully and label parcels clearly and accurately. 6. Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers or outlets. 7. ⁠Communicate with customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics support. 2. ⁠Familiar with packing and able to follow instructions. 3. ⁠Basic reading and counting skills. 4. ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 5. ⁠Good attention to detail, careful, strong organizational and communication skills. 6. ⁠Possess valid driving license with good driving record. 7. Physically fit and able to do packing. 8. Familiar with local routes and able to use navigation apps.
