Dr Yu Fengwei Group: Assistant Research Officer/Research Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our research team to study human neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing the mechanisms controlling neural stem cell proliferation and neuronal differentiation/remodeling using human brain organoids. The successful candidate is expected to conduct independent projects and team up with PhD students or postdocs in the lab. Requirements: MSc or BSc (Hons) in molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology, or related biological fields Experience with molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology is preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team, able to assist in lab organization and administration Good communication skills, both written and verbal Salary and benefits are commensurable to educational qualifications and working experience of the candidates.
