Location: Shenton Way, Singapore Duration: July 2026 – October2026 (possible extension till November 2026) Salary Range: SGD $4,500 –$5,000 Job Type: Contract – Maternity Cover About the Role A leading maritime and shipping company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join its HSEQ & Audit Division on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards across vessel operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate audits and inspections (internal, external, and industry-related). Manage vessel certifications and documentation in PAL/OCIMF systems. Handle daily operations including SIRE inspections, PSC/FSI reports, and KPI submissions. Liaise with vessels, auditors, and external parties to ensure smooth scheduling and compliance. Administer special projects such as PAL/MOLLNG libraries and communication matrices. Support management reviews and industry reporting requirements. Provide backup support to other officers when required. Requirements Prior experience in HSEQ, audit, or vessel operations preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Familiarity with PAL, OCIMF, and industry compliance standards is an advantage.
