As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and accountable Key Account Executive to strengthen our commercial operations and ensure smooth, accurate execution of sales processes. The Key Account Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned key hospital accounts, focusing on account growth, contract renewals, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. The role emphasizes farming activities, ensuring sustained revenue, high service levels, and strong stakeholder relationships across sleep laboratories, respiratory departments, and hospital management. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management & Development Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key hospitals and sleep centres in Singhealth Cluster. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, sleep technicians, respiratory therapists, procurement teams, and hospital management. Drive account retention and revenue stability through proactive engagement and service excellence. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., CPAP devices, masks, consumables, service contracts). Contract Renewal & Commercial Management Manage service agreements, rental programs, and supply contracts for key accounts. Proactively plan and execute contract renewals, pricing discussions, and volume negotiations. Ensure contract compliance and alignment with internal commercial and regulatory policies. Track contract timelines and work closely with finance and legal teams where required. Support sales activities such as onsite CPAP device sales, after-sales service coordination and follow-up on outstanding orders or documents. Sales Performance & Account Financials Own and manage sales figures, revenue, and profitability for assigned key accounts. Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance against targets. Prepare account performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates . Analyse account data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Logistics, Operations & Service Coordination Coordinate logistics, deliveries, installations, and replacements of sleep diagnostic and CPAP equipment for key hospitals. Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support , including device availability, consumable supply, and service turnaround times. Work closely with internal teams (logistics, operations, service engineers) to meet hospital SLAs. Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruption to patient care. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Act as the first escalation point for operational, technical, or service issues at key accounts. Coordinate with technical, clinical, and service teams to resolve device, therapy, or workflow issues. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Clinical Support & Department Engagement Conduct department talks, product updates, and therapy education sessions for sleep labs, respiratory departments, and nursing teams. Support clinicians with basic product knowledge, therapy workflows, and patient compliance insights (non-clinical). Collaborate with clinical specialists for in-depth training or complex cases when required. Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration Liaise with internal departments including sales support, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless account management. Provide market feedback and insights from key accounts to support product and service improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Device Key Account Management, Sales, Clinical or relevant roles. Valid Singapore Class 3A driving license is mandatory Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners. Highly motivated, organised, and able to manage both sales and operational responsibilities. Strong attention to detail in contracts and figures with commercial acumen. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on execution. Knowledge of CPAP therapy, sleep diagnostics, or respiratory care is an advantage. Able to start as soon as possible is a plus.
