Project Manager – Digital Concierge (1-year contract) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital concierge initiatives within a large hospitality environment. This role will manage complex, fast-paced digital transformation projects that enhance guest experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ambiguity, driving multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of digital concierge and guest experience technology initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets and deliverables. Coordinate business users, technical teams, vendors and external partners. Drive solution design workshops, project governance and executive reporting. Manage project dependencies and ensure timely issue resolution. Support UAT, deployment, change management and post-implementation activities. Ensure projects align with operational and business objectives. Requirements 6+ years of IT Project Management experience. Experience delivering digital transformation or customer-facing technology projects. Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience. Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, retail or customer experience platforms is advantageous.
