Tax Manager

Tax Manager An established multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its regional finance team, supporting international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional to gain broad exposure to cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, tax governance, and strategic business initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across a global organisation. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, tax provisions, and statutory reporting requirements. • Provide practical tax advisory support on cross-border transactions, business initiatives, and commercial activities while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. • Support transfer pricing initiatives, including documentation, policy implementation, benchmarking exercises, and intercompany arrangements across regional markets. • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders to assess tax implications, manage tax risks, and support commercially sound business decisions. • Coordinate tax audits, regulatory reviews, and engagements with external advisers and tax authorities, ensuring effective resolution of tax-related matters. • Participate in strategic projects including business expansion, restructuring, acquisitions, and finance transformation initiatives, providing tax guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive continuous improvements in tax governance, internal controls, and tax processes to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen compliance across the organisation. • Monitor developments in international tax legislation and emerging regulatory requirements, providing timely recommendations to mitigate tax risks and support business objectives. To be eligible for this role you will require: • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACA or CTA considered advantageous. • At least 8 years of taxation experience, with exposure to corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, or regional tax matters within a multinational environment. • Prior experience gained within a Big 4 accounting firm, international tax advisory practice, or multinational corporation will be highly regarded. • Strong understanding of international taxation, tax accounting principles, transfer pricing, and cross-border business operations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical tax matters into practical commercial solutions. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a dynamic international business environment.
