Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shoe Care Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our shoe cleaning shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shop activities, supervising staff performance, and ensuring quality shoe care services are delivered to customers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily shoe cleaning and repair operations to ensure smooth workflow Perform daily shoe washing, cleaning, polishing, stain removal, and shoe care services Clean and maintain different types of shoes according to material and customer requirements Assign work tasks and monitor staff performance Train new employees on shoe cleaning procedures, service standards, and workplace safety Inspect completed work to ensure shoe cleaning quality meets company standards Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues professionally Manage daily shop operations, including stock checking and equipment maintenance Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organisation of the workplace Assist in improving operational efficiency and customer service standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in shoe care, cleaning services, retail, or related service industries Have practical experience in shoe washing, cleaning, polishing, and shoe maintenance Good leadership and team management skills Able to supervise and guide a team of workers Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience in shoe cleaning, shoe polishing, or shoe repair services will be an advantage Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
