Introduction Trip.Biz is the leading Travel Management Company (TMC) in Asia, specializing in enabling enterprise, organizations and travel partners around the region to make informed and cost-effective bookings for corporate travel products and services, through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction and administrative platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers. In this Role, you’ll get to Provide professional services for corporate clients, including incentive travel, meetings, events, business inspections, and related activities; Maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, implement company policies and regulations, and mitigate operational risks; Proven experience in managing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) projects, large accounts, or education sector accounts, with strong service awareness and communication skills; Adept at interpersonal relationship building and able to thrive under high-pressure work environments. What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the travel industry; candidates with MICE or exhibition experience are preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong data processing capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Highly responsible, quick learner, with integrity and honesty; strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
