Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering efforts, focusing on test automation, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities Apply quality processes and testing methodologies to support delivery of reliable software products and solutions Execute end-to-end quality engineering activities, emphasizing test automation to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency Develop and implement automated testing solutions to improve product quality and testing efficiency Perform technical test execution and manage system defect lifecycle including root cause analysis Analyze test results and recommend improvements to testing processes and product performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing and automation practices into the software development lifecycle Communicate effectively with stakeholders to advocate for quality and align testing objectives with project goals Identify and resolve testing issues by providing actionable solutions to the team and stakeholders Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to quality engineering practices Mentor and guide team members on testing best practices and automation tools to build team capability Collaborate within Agile or similar development environments to meet project objectives and timelines Required competencies and certifications Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering Knowledge of test strategy, test planning, and test execution Experience with defect management and root cause analysis Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile or similar software development environments Other Information Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for Job Applicants/Seekers at https: //u3infotech.com/privacy-notice-job-applicants/.
