Technology Finance Business Partner

Job Description: Finance Business Partner Duration: 12 months (extendable) Role Overview The Finance Business Partner will support the Technology Group by providing financial planning, analysis, governance, and strategic insights. The role will partner with technology leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, investment governance, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Support technology budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decisions. Monitor budget utilisation, spending trends, and perform variance analysis. Support technology investment governance, portfolio tracking, and project financial management. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Analyse financial and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities. Improve reporting processes through automation and data analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Technology Finance, Portfolio Management, or related roles. Experience supporting senior stakeholders and strategic planning activities. Strong Excel skills including financial modelling, forecasting, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and dashboard development. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or portfolio governance is an advantage. Key Competencies Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
