Company Overview UAE Singapore Business Council (UAESBC) promotes trade and investment between the UAE and Singapore. Recognised by both governments, UAESBC supports businesses to expand and fosters bilateral business and people-to-people engagements through events and initiatives. Job Summary Support UAESBC leadership in marketing, communications, digital strategy, event execution, and administrative functions to advance the Council’s mission and engagement efforts. Responsibilities Collaborate with the President, Director, and EXCO members to deliver marketing, communications, digital/IT, membership, event, and administrative support aligned with UAESBC objectives Propose and implement improvements to digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance membership recruitment effectiveness Develop drafts for social media, EDM, and website content by researching, gathering, and organizing relevant materials to support digital outreach Coordinate logistics, publicity, and reporting for UAESBC engagement events to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement Perform general office administrative tasks to maintain efficient daily operations The job description, main duties and responsibilities are subject to change from time to time per the vision, strategy and objectives of the UAE Singapore Business Council. Available from mid-August 2026 to Feb 2027. Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
