We are assisting our client, a leading technology solutions provider specialising in IT networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration, in searching for an experienced Sales Support Executive. The Sales Support Executive provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Commercial Team, including Sales Managers and Presales Consultants. The role is responsible for preparing accurate quotations, maintaining CRM data integrity, coordinating with vendors and distributors, and supporting marketing and event activities. This position plays a critical part in ensuring smooth sales operations and enhancing overall commercial efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and complete sales quotations, including revisions, renewals, and tender/proposal documentation. Maintain and update CRM records for customers, prospects, vendors, distributors, and partners. Ensure CRM data accuracy, remove duplicate entries, and generate CRM reports when required. Coordinate communication between Sales Managers, Presales Consultants, vendors, and distributors. Track quotation status, follow up on pending quotations, and monitor quotation validity periods. Assist in coordinating customer meetings and maintaining sales documentation and files. Request pricing, special approvals, product availability, and lead times from vendors and distributors. Support marketing events, seminars, webinars, and workshops, including registration, logistics, materials preparation, and post‑event follow‑up. Maintain quotation archives, customer correspondence records, and proper document version control. Prepare weekly quotation reports, CRM activity reports, and assist with sales pipeline and management reporting. Support onboarding of new vendors and distributors and coordinate sample or demonstration equipment. Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, CRM administration, ormarketing/event coordination. Fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills may also be considered. Experience in IT distribution, system integration, or technology‑related companies is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Ability to learn and use quotation, ERP, CRM, and other business systems. Basic understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales processes.
