About this role

Job Summary Drive regional business growth across Southeast Asia by leading sales and business development in hospitality technology. Manage full sales cycles, engage key hotel industry stakeholders, and collaborate on system integration projects to expand market presence. Responsibilities Drive direct sales and business development activities in Malaysia to achieve revenue targets Support market expansion initiatives in Indonesia and the Philippines by identifying growth opportunities Engage hotel owners, operators, developers, and consultants to promote hospitality technology solutions Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia to increase market share Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation to deal closure Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integration projects involving PMS, GRMS, and BMS platforms Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate adoption and decision-making Work independently and self-drive across multiple markets to meet business objectives Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia to support regional business activities Required competencies and certifications Experience in hospitality technology, hotel systems, or related industry Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), guest relationship management systems (GRMS), building management systems (BMS), or similar platforms Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in regional sales or managing multi-country markets Background in solutions sales, pre-sales, or technical sales roles Other Information Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based incentives Travel, accommodation, and meals fully claimable Additional Information Opportunity for regional exposure and involvement in cross-border hospitality technology projects Suitable for candidates seeking to expand from local roles to broader Southeast Asia responsibilities Vaelynn Talent Pte Ltd · Licence No. 25C3079 Recruitment services provided in accordance with MOM regulations.
