Responsibilities: Call and remind respondents to complete surveys. Conduct phone surveys with respondents. Call, screen and recruit participants from a database for focus group discussions or in-depth interviews. Key Requirements: Good attention to detail. Strong verbal and written skills. Bilingual – English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil). Training will be provided; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, market research or a related role is an advantage. This is an hourly-rated position with pay based on actual hours worked.
