Job Title: Senior Support Specialist (Times HR System) Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (2 years, renewable for 1 year) Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 6,500 per month Location: Singapore (On-site as required) About the Role We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist with deep expertise in Times HR Software to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a prestigious educational institution. In this role, you will resolve complex technical and functional issues, manage system configurations, and support critical payroll and HR processes. Key Responsibilities Advanced Technical Support: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for issues related to Times Payroll, Leave, Claims, Appraisal, and other modules. Diagnose and resolve complex system glitches and data discrepancies. System & Payroll Support: Support payroll processing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations. Manage system configurations, user permissions, and reporting. Expert Guidance & Training: Provide expert guidance to the HR department on best practices. Lead user training sessions and create training documentation. Product & Statutory Updates: Manage the application of product updates, including changes related to statutory boards. Ensure Bank GIRO formats are updated as required. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR/Payroll software support, with proven, deep expertise in Times Software or similar HCM platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM). Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes in Singapore (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations). Proficient in troubleshooting software issues, system configuration, and data analysis. Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). SQL knowledge is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
