About this role

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic and operational HR functions in a fast-paced RegTech environment. You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, and business partnering to support organizational growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, HR documentation, policy implementation, and employee records maintenance Resolve employee relations issues by providing clear guidance on HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture Oversee office administration tasks including vendor coordination, internal communications, company events, and general administrative operations Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws by maintaining confidentiality, supporting HR reporting, audits, and regulatory documentation Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or technology-driven environments Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices Proven experience in HR business partnering, HR operations, and recruitment Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information
