About the Role We are looking for a Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships across APAC. This role focuses on building a strong partner ecosystem, managing strategic alliances, and driving joint initiatives with technology partners, consulting firms, financial institutions, professional service firms, and industry associations. The ideal candidate is an excellent relationship builder who can identify collaboration opportunities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships. This role does not carry direct sales or business development responsibilities but plays a critical role in enabling ecosystem growth and partner success. Job Description 1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem. Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, financial institutions, professional service firms, and industry associations. Design and manage partnership models, including referral, reseller, technology integration, strategic alliances, and co-marketing collaborations. Lead partner onboarding, enablement, training, and ongoing relationship management. Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and conduct regular business reviews to identify collaboration opportunities and strengthen engagement. Develop joint business plans and partnership roadmaps with key partners. 2. Partner Success & Alliance Management Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and maintain strong day-to-day relationships. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Success, and Sales.
