Company Overview The client specializes in process and industrial plant engineering design and consultancy services, along with building construction activities in Singapore. Job Summary Lead strategic marketing initiatives and sales growth efforts within the interior construction sector by coordinating market analyses, managing projects, and driving sales team effectiveness through training and collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for PQ, CPC, PDA, and Bussmann to achieve year-on-year sales revenue growth in Singapore Collaborate with Zonal Sales teams to deliver business growth and increase market share on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis Coordinate market analyses with sales team members to define accurate sales forecasts and actionable plans Deliver targeted product knowledge training to sales personnel to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness Manage multiple interior construction projects involving electrical, ceiling partition, carpentry, tiling, awning, renovation, and fit-out works Monitor subcontractor work progress and ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients Oversee payment monitoring processes to ensure accurate and timely subcontractor payments Apply effective presentation and time management skills to support sales and project coordination activities Demonstrate a positive, committed, and proactive attitude to contribute to company growth and team success Maintain high integrity and collaborate effectively as a team player while pursuing continuous learning and professional advancement Required competencies and certifications Diploma or certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Project/Construction Management, Marketing Management, or related building construction/M&E studies Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience within the interior construction sector
