Warees Group is seeking a motivated and high-potential professional to join its Strategic Planning team. The successful candidate will participate in a structured 24-month programme designed to develop a strong understanding of the Group's operations,investments, governance framework, and strategic priorities. Throughout the programme, the incumbent will work closely with business leaders on strategic projects, business improvement initiatives, and organisational priorities. Upon completion of the programme, the incumbent may be placed into a suitable role within the Group based on demonstrated strengths, career aspirations, and organisational needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning and Analysis Support the development, execution, and monitoring of corporatestrategies, annual business plans, and key organisational initiatives Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business assessments Analyse business performance and prepare insights to support management decision-making Synthesize insights from rotational assignments into strategic recommendations for management review. Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations. Support preparation of management reports and strategic reviews. 2. Cross-Functional Business Exposure Participate in structured rotational assignments across selected business functions. Contribute to strategic and operational projects within assigned departments. Undertake business reviews, process improvement studies, feasibility assessments and performance analysis. Deliver reports, dashboards, process improvement recommendations andpresentations. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency. 3. Strategic Initiatives &Corporate Development Support evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships,investments and growth initiatives. Assist in preparing business cases, management papers, investment proposals and Board submissions. Participate in transformation and business improvement initiatives. Support enhancement of corporate processes, policies and governance frameworks. 4. Strategic Project Management Lead or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies. Support implementation of project outcomes and recommendations. 5. Post-Rotation Placement Upon completion of the rotational programme, the incumbent may be assigned to a suitable role within the Group based on demonstrated competencies, career aspirations and organisational needs. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a strong academic record. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategy,finance, investment analysis, real estate, business development,transformation, project management, operations or related fields. Experience managing projects and coordinating stakeholders. Exposure to multidisciplinary or cross-functional environments will be advantageous.
