Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities Support senior management in evaluating growth opportunities, new business initiatives and strategic projects. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry studies to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in developing business cases and financial assessments for new initiatives and investments. Analyse business performance across brands and business units to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor key business metrics and prepare management reports and recommendations. Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises. Coordinate project activities and follow up on implementation progress. Prepare presentations, reports and proposal materials for management discussions and decision-making. Any other tasks as assigned Requirements Degree qualification with at least 3 years of working experience. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market landscape. Good financial acumen gained through commercial and operational experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates careful attention to detail and quality. High level of initiative and willingness to learn. Strong communications, engagement and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft applications.
