Responsibilities Car invoicing for Revenue recognition and adhoc billings Accrual of Cost of Sales Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation Prepare and posting of journal entries Follow up on outstanding debts Checking of commissions Prepare monthly reports Any other tasks assigned by your superior Requirements Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 3 years of relevant working experience Meticulous, organized and a good team player Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify areas for improvement on existing processes Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
