Import & Export Officer/Executive [Sl]

Work with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Handle Tradenet permit applications for all import and export shipments. Follow up on orders to make sure deliveries are on time and inventory records are updated. Keep customers’ DG storage and usage licenses organised and compliant with NEA rules. Create and activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer needs and warehouse stock. Check customer forecasts and usage, and send regular consumption reports when required.
