About the Company Join a well-established engineering and construction company committed to operational excellence and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH). We are seeking a proactive and responsible Operation Officer cum Safety Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure compliance with WSH regulations across project sites. Job Responsibilities Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational matters. Coordinate site operations and liaise with customers on project requirements. Conduct site inspections and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance. Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and prepare MOM incident reports. Prepare, review and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and other WSH documentation. Support the maintenance of ISO management systems and safety documentation. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Liaise with site supervisors, contractors and workers on safety matters. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry. Possess a valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B) or equivalent recognised qualification. Valid WSH Coordinator Refresher Certificate. Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health legislation and construction site safety practices. Experience with PM Hoist, Suspended Scaffold (Gondola) and Mast Climbing Work Platform (MCWP) will be an advantage. Able to prepare clear and accurate accident and incident investigation reports. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and work effectively with stakeholders.
