Laboratory Technician (Cleanroom / Semiconductor Environment) | West Coast

Company Overview: Our client is involved in advanced semiconductor and photonics technology development, supporting precision manufacturing, testing, and laboratory operations within a cleanroom environment. The Singapore office serves as the company’s Fabless R&D and operational hub, supporting engineering development and commercialization activities. Key Responsibilities: • Perform microscopic inspection and precision assembly work • Support R&D prototype and manufacturing activities • Conduct product testing, packing, and labeling according to quality standards • Handle microscope inspection with strong attention to detail • Maintain proper 5S workplace practices • Support overtime and operational requirements when needed • Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors Requirements: • Minimum Secondary education or equivalent • Minimum 1 year cleanroom experience preferred • Experience wearing jumpsuit / cleanroom attire • Assembly experience preferred • Microscope inspection experience is advantageous • Comfortable working in air-conditioned cleanroom environment • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Candidates from semiconductor / electronics manufacturing environment are advantageous Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Break Time: • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Tea Break: 2:30 PM – 2:45 PM Benefits: • AWS (13th Month Bonus) • Variable Bonus • Overtime Pay (according to MOM regulations) • Annual Leave starting from 12 days • Career progression opportunities Additional Information: • Stable weekday working schedule • Cleanroom environment • Exposure to both R&D prototype and manufacturing support activities • Future night shift support may be required depending on operational needs EA License No: 23C1703 EA Personnel No: R1762582 EA Personnel Name: Wong Choo Sian, Jabez
