QA Technician (Semiconductor / Cleanroom Environment) | West Coast

Company Overview: Our client is a growing semiconductor and photonics technology company supporting advanced product development, testing, and manufacturing operations within a controlled cleanroom environment. The Singapore office functions as the company’s Fabless R&D and operational hub, supporting prototype development, engineering activities, and commercialization support. Key Responsibilities: • Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections on materials, components, and finished products • Conduct visual and measurement testing to verify product specifications and quality standards • Record inspection and testing results accurately into reports and quality systems • Approve or reject products based on inspection findings • Prepare non-conformance and inspection reports where necessary • Support failure analysis and engineering evaluations • Maintain proper inspection records and controlled documentation • Support laboratory housekeeping and cleanroom compliance activities • Perform other QA-related duties assigned by management Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent • Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing environment preferred • Familiar with microscope inspection and QA tools • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality systems is advantageous • Comfortable handling documentation and reporting duties • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Break Time: • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Tea Break: 2:30 PM – 2:45 PM Benefits: • AWS (13th Month Bonus) • Variable Bonus • Overtime Pay (according to MOM regulations) • Annual Leave starting from 12 days • Career progression opportunities Additional Information: • Stable Monday–Friday schedule • Cleanroom working environment • Exposure to both R&D prototype and manufacturing support operations • Future night shift support may be required depending on operational needs EA License No: 23C1703 EA Personnel No: R1762582 EA Personnel Name: Wong Choo Sian, Jabez
